Mr. Field, a founding member of Field & Goldberg, established the company in 2001 as a real estate boutique law firm. Field & Goldberg provides a complete range of real estate legal services to a diverse client base consisting of local and national corporate clients, "big board" companies, family businesses, and individuals. Mr. Field has significant experience in real estate tax appeal consulting and representation, specifically including a long and premier list of Chicagoland companies and condominium associations, including the John Hancock Building, Lake Point Tower, The Allerton Hotel, Waterton Residential, Planned Property Management, Horizon Realty and many more well-respected and prominent property owners throughout Chicago.

Paul Muessig, AIA, NCARB

ACG Management Company

Co-founder of ACG Management Company, Mr. Muessig has more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to founding ACG in 1993, Paul held senior positions with ITT Real Estate Services where he financed RTC portfolio acquisitions for such buyers as Goldman Sachs and First Boston. In 1993, Paul formed the Arthur Capital Group (ACG), one of the first national real estate equity firms providing investment advisory and asset management services to institutional investors such as Jackson National Life, Cargill Financial Services, Boston/State Pension Funds, US Air Pension Funds and Urdang and Associates. Beginning in 1999, ACG Management Company was formed to acquire and operate real estate investments of office and industrial product in the Chicago Suburban market.

Steve Spessard

President, Gore Creek Partners

Mr. Spessard, with over 25 years of commercial real estate and development experience, has successfully acquired, developed and operated multifamily, student housing, office and medical assets. Prior to establishing Gore Creek Partners, Steve spent 13 years in Houston, Texas building a regional investment, development and management company employing over 800 employees. During those years, Steve also co-founded an affiliated student housing investment, development and property management firm which ultimately grew to be one of the largest in the country with over 20,000 beds under management. Since 1995, Steve has acquired and developed nearly 40 significant properties located in 18 cities comprising over $500 million in value in partnership with life insurance companies, pension funds and high net worth individuals. Presently, Steve is co-general partner in a portfolio of multifamily properties in Texas and Colorado with an estimated value of $90 million.

Kevin Stasiewicz

Managing Director, TVO North America

Mr. Stasiewicz heads the Asset Management Group of TVO North America and is responsible for all TVO-owned and fee-managed assets. His responsibilities include, but are not Iimited to, developing and implementing strategic business plans, management of the portfolio's capital transactions, monitoring financial performance and communication with TVO's partners and institutional investors, including, but not limited to GE Capital and INVESCO Real Estate. Presently, TVO's portfolio is approximately 10,000 multi-family units spread across the country. Prior to joining TVO in 1995, Mr. Stasiewicz served as Vice President with The Balcor Company where he oversaw the asset and portfolio management of a 25,000-unit multifamily portfolio.

Ryan N Folger, AIA

Director of Construction, Altisource

During his 15 year professional career, Ryan Folger has been personally responsible for development projects totaling more than $500MM, ranging from master planned single family country clubs to downtown mixed used condo and retail towers for national firms Toll Brothers and Centrum Properties. Most recently, Ryan completed a $350 million ground-up mixed-use development in the South Loop called Roosevelt Collection. Prior to starting his development career, Ryan was a practicing architect and executed office, manufacturing and laboratory designs for companies including Merck, Northrup Grumman, MCI and the USPS. Ryan currently focuses on opportunistic retail, residential and mixed used development opportunities throughout the mid-west. Ryan holds a B Arch and an MBA from Cornell University.
